Codegnan Open Saturday is run by Codegnan. This page explains what happens to the information you give us when you register.
What we collect
When you register we collect your name, email address, mobile number, college, year, branch, your experience level, whether you will bring a laptop, and how you heard about us.
How we use it
We use these details only to manage your seat, send your confirmation and event updates, plan sessions for the right audience, and contact you about future Open Saturday events and Codegnan programmes you may like.
Who sees it
Your details are shared only with the Codegnan team running the event and with our email delivery provider. We do not sell your data.
Photos and recordings
We may photograph or record sessions for event highlights and social media. If you would rather not appear, tell a team member at check-in and we will respect that.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, at any time by writing to labs@codegnan.com.
Retention
We keep registration details for as long as needed to run the programme and respond to queries, and delete them on request.
